Time to get serious!

My own atelier,
all the tools needed,
my own little shop just around the corner,
people on the streets wearing my creations,
Making a living with what I love doing the most.

Yes, that's where I want to get with my goldsmithing, it's my dream and goal.
But to get there, I need money
A lot of money.
It's crazy how much saving I'll need to do before I can get started.
Not to mention once there, I'll need to keep the business running!

So, I've decided to earn some cash by doing what goldsmiths do.
Creating and selling jewellery.

Next month, I'll start on my first little collection.
Yes ofcourse the sharkteeth will be involved!
I gave myself a deadline, which is newyear.

yes I'm not really giving me a lot of time, but I really have to start pushing myself a bit more.
I work better when I'm under stress, and so I'm not going to make it easy for myself.
I guess Etsy is the best place to sell handmade jewellery ?
I can't really think of something else.
ofcourse I'll post about it on this blog as well.
And I'll be spamming tumblr with pictures too.

I'm so excited about this.
Once the scarf pin I'm working on at the moment, is finished, I'll get right to it!

lovely sharkteeth

So, I made some gold-coloured sharkteeth !!
I can make as many as I like from these, in gold, messing, alpaca, silver , platina...you name it!

I'm still working on some ideas though. For I don't really know yet what I'll be making with these.
Ofcourse I'll be using them for FACTS.
For now I've made very cheap looking nails with them for FACTS *sigh*
But, once I have more time on my hands I might make nice fingertip and knuckle rings with them !

The more I look at them the more ideas I get! Why are the days so short ? I'll never have the time to work on all the ideas I have *sigh*

oh dear it's been so long.

I just got back from the dentist, It only took a few minutes while I expected it to take way longer.
I mean....wisdom teeth are some badass teeth!
But it looks like mine behaved, maybe it wanted to leave because it didn't get along with my other teeth ?

oh dear what the hell am I even saying.

Well, something a lot more fun is about to start! FACTS !
The fantasy, anime,comics, science fiction convention here in Belgium!

I have some crazy ideas for my outfit and I sure do hope I'll be able to finish it in time!
Typical me...to start just a few weeks before the convention.
I'll be going together with a dear friend, the lovely Cath!
She's a talented photographer and a great stage makeup artist as well!
So , she'll be giving me scars and wounds.... It will fit our tribal theme!

I might spam you guys with pictures while I'm working on my outfit.

OH and did I mention it's almost November 2nd ?

And last but not least...
I'm falling back into my Tintin obsession.
Ofcourse I read the comics when I was still a child.
but I'm re-reading them for the moment... and let me tell you, tintin is underrated.
He's one badass dude.
